This is the process of getting a quote and delivering the final service.

1. Site Survey

This involves going to the site and assessing the condition of the roof. The assessment is the initial step in determining which course of action (if any) needs to be taken to formulate an intelligent proposal.

This process is essential to the creation and refinement of a quote, or other service plans; that is, it combines forecasting of time with the preparation of the roof and installation of materials.

2. Design & Approval

Design is the creation of a plan or convention for the construction of an object or a system (as in architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, business processes, circuit diagrams and roofing material).

Nothing is done without proper approval from the client, the insurer and permitting city/county.

3. Installation

Efficiency is the key of any installation. Documenting, checking, and installing the new roof system within the parameters of the proposal.

The term refers to a process of coordinating removal, while delivery of needed materials.  Planning of experienced staff to do the work in a timely manner.

4. Delivery & Approval

Once a project is completed, a final walk-through is done with the code inspector (when required by the city) and the owner.  The most important aspect is the satisfaction of the client throughout the entire process.
